Add User Error

Hello, I am trying to add a user to my team and I am getting an error that states “query has no destination for result data”.

API

Can you provide the API endpoint and documentation for generating a unique single-device download link programmatically?

Docs are Blurry on Safari

Hi When you open papersend link on Safari it is really blurry. Can you please fix this ASAP?

API Integration of Google Workspace or Papersend Plugin

Instead uploading documents I’d rather like an API integration of my Google Workspace to access my files - or a Papersend plugin for my Google Workspace.

Links in PDF's get removed

I would love to have links still be clickable in the PDF viewer!

can I trial the dataroom

Add an 'Accept T&C' button before the user can access the document.

Aspect ratio messed up

Upon browser window scaling the aspect ratio of the currently shown PDF file is messed up. Tested under Safari browser on MacOS.

Banner image not shown

I’ve uploaded a banner image that complies with the recommended resolution of 1920×300px and file size of max. 5MB. However, the image is not shown at all. Trying different file formats (e.g. png, jpg) did not resolve the issue either.

How do I create a downward scroll viewing of the PDF.
